Law Society of Ontario

We know what the Law Society of Ontario requires of you with respect to bookkeeping records.  We also know what reports you are required to generate.  We are diligent at all times to ensure that our clients are compliant with all Law Society of Ontario bookkeeping and reporting obligations.

Accounting and Practice Management Software

Cloud based accounting and practice management software is essential in today’s world.  As such, we no longer support PCLaw.

We are an approved CosmoLex accounting partner and certified consultant and have significant experience in supporting lawyers and law firms throughout Ontario who are either transitioning to CosmoLex for the first time or are established CosmoLex users.

We are a QuickBooks Online certified ProAdvisor.  If you are using other cloud based accounting and practice management software, like Clio, that uses QuickBooks Online as the bookkeeping component.

Our Fees

We provide fixed fee monthly bookkeeping services.  Our fees depend on the size of the firm and the work, involved but we can provide a fixed fee each month so that you can budget.

If you need help getting set up, we will work with you to develop a budget for the initial set up based on our hourly rates, before we transition you to a monthly fixed fee.
